At My Hittas, our mission is to ignite a lifelong passion for volleyball among young girls and boys, fostering their development in a sport that teaches discipline, teamwork, and resilience. We understand that the journey to mastering volleyball is unique for every player, which is why we commit to teaching with fairness and firmness, ensuring every child receives the attention and guidance they deserve.

We believe that learning and fun go hand in hand, especially in youth sports. Our coaching philosophy centers on nurturing not only the skills but also the volleyball IQ of our players, equipping them with the understanding and strategic thinking necessary for both on-court success and personal growth.
